Köpt 2, inklusive en kung storlek för ett sovrum och en tvilling för en 4-y-gamla barnets ny säng. Båda passar bra, gott om utrymme men inte för mycket. Mine (kungen) är mycket bekväma, vet inte ens att den finns där.

Jag blev förvånad (och nervös) men när jag först öppnade paketen och såg hur tunn och lätt täcket är. Jag var livrädd att om min son hade en "olycka" - som han inte hade haft i flera månader - hans nya madrass skulle vara en goner.

Tja, har "olyckligt" hänt nu två gånger av någon anledning och båda gångerna ingenting gick igenom. Min man tog sängkläder från sängen båda gångerna (han stiger upp före mig), så jag såg inte heller inicidence "från början" - men när jag drog iväg till tvättstugan var jag tvungen att fortsätta leta och leta och aldrig såg tecken för någonting. Vet inte var det gick. Har tvättat det 3x (inklusive 1: a före användning) - på kalla, lätta, och inte overdrying eftersom det är så lätt att jag inte vill bära ut det.But definitely good. And ..... So much better than the alternatives out there in a department store 2x as much, bulky, and just plain uncomfortable to sleep on.....

Pros:
not vinyl (a HUGE plus)
ultra thin (great for storing the extra cover)
goes onto the mattress very easily and covers the whole top portion (our other brand one leaves about an inch of mattress unprotected on the surface sides)

Cons:
does not contain wetness if left for more than a few minutes.

This cover works great for my son who wakes up if he has an accident (so we change it quickly). However, my daughter does not wake up if she has an accident so we usually find out in the mornings that her bedding is wet. By then the mattress is wet. Not soaked, but definitely wet.

If you have a child who alerts you then I don't think you'd be disappointed with this cover!

We needed this for our son who is sensitive to dust-mites and other critters. I am very impressed with how light and thin this is, while still being waterproof. It has helped his nighttime congestion and it washes and dries well. Way cheaper than having to buy a new mattress!

Recently got a 'big girl bed' for my little one and needed a mattress protector since she's not potty trained yet. This was a great price and it works great. She's had a couple of accidents so far and it protected the mattress just fine.
Haven't had any leakage like other reviews may have stated and the terry cloth top doesn't present a problem so far (one reviewer mentioned terry cloth top was horrible because it stayed wet) however she may not be presenting enough liquid for me to really have a problem. I would definitely suggest this mattress cover, it works great.

Update: Now that my daughter is moving toward pull-ups and the whole potty training issue... I can see how previous reviews mentioned how they hated terry cloth cover. When my daughter has larger accidents during the night and there's substantially more urine, the terry cloth cover will absorb the urine and remain damp making it necessary to wash the mattress protector as well as the bedsheets(so if your looking to simply replace the bedsheets you may want to pass on this one). However, I'm still happy with the product. It has continued to protect the mattress beautifully and still remains soft/not a loud plastic cover underneath for an affordable price....

I bought this product because my daughter is "night-time potty training" and I wanted something that breathed and would be comfortable to sleep on. This has totally done the trick for us. She does not wake up hot, and it has totally saved the mattress on at least 3 bed wettings so far, and a stomach flu that wasn't very pretty. You can't even notice it under the sheet. I waited to try it out first to make sure it worked before I bought the 2nd one as a "back-up" - in case she has an accident in the middle of the night so I can change it then and there. Yeah, you have to wash it in the washing machine after an accident, but I don't think I would have her sleep on something that had been peed on and I had "just wiped down," anyways. This is probably the 5th time I've washed it and it's totally holding up fine. I highly recommend this product!!

This mattress pad is made of win and candy.

Seriously.

I bought two of these to replace our old mattress pads. Luna mattresses are so thin and flexible! They are not padded so they do not take up two thirds of the washing machine. The sides have to give a little so it's not a struggle to make beds.

I've had them for about six months now and they are still as new, although I often have to wash them weekly.

Jag har två barn som fortfarande är av sängvätning ålder. Jag kände mig väldigt dåligt att de sov på vinyl täcker under sina lakan eftersom den inte andas. Med så många 5-stjärniga betyg, jag trodde detta skulle vara den ultimata 5-stjärniga lösning. Jag beställde två och var mycket nöjd med hur coolt de sov och hur mjukt och tyst de är. Jag testade hur väl den höll vatten innan du lägger dem i sängarna, och det höll en kopp full med vatten i flera minuter. Tyvärr, den första olyckan som min yngsta dotter hade läckt igenom. Beviljade Jag vet inte hur lång tid det tog henne att vakna upp och ringa till oss, och hon var ordentligt blöt, men det höll inte. Det var en mycket våt fläck på madrassen. Mycket besviken på läckan, men jag uppskattar svalare sover barnen får, och jag tror täcket blockerar mindre spill eller olyckor, och kommer åtminstone mildra stora. Jag tror det är lika bra som det blir för icke-vinyl täcker.
